It’s interesting that the “elderly care” keyword phrase has dropped in the last few years. You’d think it would have become more popular with babyboomers getting older etc. An the other hand, it could be due to the advance of search. People use Google differently now than they use to and their search terms are more specific. Shown below, “affordable senior care” is more specific and just started trending within the last few years.

For some reason in January, there is always an upswing of search for “senior care”. Its almost like the kids go home for the holidays and learn that mom or dad is not well, then start googling “senior care”.
